5. Your guests can get lost (the restaurant's directions suck)
4. Your brother-in-law can get stuck at work, and miss most of the party
3. The room you've booked isn't ready on time
2. The restaurant doesn't have ample parking
1. As you are trying to find a place to park, your husband sees your Dad in the parking lot
Sorry honey, I tried....

Trying is what matters.
And I'm sure he noticed.
Great cake.
Wow - a big screen tv, a swimming pool of Guiness and a surprise party? You're setting the bar too high for the rest of us!
That is an awesome cake though.
you threw a GREAT party. Seriously. And I can get lost in my own house, so don't worry about it. It was the hostesses fault, not yours :)
I love that cake!
Oh man! HUGE Guinness fans here and do you know I have never once thought of making him a Guinness cake? (Slapping myself up side the head).
He GOT a 6 pack of Guinness for his birthday... but had a chocolate ice cream cake instead.
Thank You Thank You! You've given me and idea for next year!!!
(From the family that has $450 in framed Guinness prints as decor in her family room... has a CAT named Guinness... t-shirts, caps and swimtrunks... but was too stupid to ever think of a Guinness cake.)
You should also post a picture of your rehearsal dinner cake.
I'd like to be friends with aka Merritt
