So, I mentioned to the Big Dubya in passing that I found this intriguing....... it looks like a really fun way to get a core work out.
As usual, he made fun of me and said that it looks more like a marital aid than a peice of excercise equipment..... yeah, the big lug is really very supportive..... thanks hun.

Are you kidding me? I'm so uncoordinated when I do Pilates. I'd fall off that thing and break my neck. Exercise equipment + me = very baaadddd thing indeed.
I think I'll save the money and use what I have at home. Ha!
Oh my gosh they have something like this at Brookstone and it's the only thing they allow you to sit on in there that i would.not.sit.on.
because, yes Mrs Big W, it looks like a marital aid.
